After two years of COVID-related cancellations and delays, music festival season is back in full swing across the United Kingdom in 2024. From rock to pop, indie to electronic, and all genres in between, there’s a stellar lineup of festivals dotted across the UK this year. Here’s a preview of the can’t-miss fests for 2024.

Kicking off the summer festival frenzy in early June is the acclaimed Glastonbury Festival. Taking place at Worthy Farm in Somerset, Glasto may feature headliners like Madonna, Harry Styles, and Dua Lipa on the Pyramid Stage. With hundreds of performers across dozens of stages, Glastonbury offers an epic and eclectic music experience.  

Up in Scotland, TRNSMT Festival holds court in early July at Glasgow Green. Topping the 2024 lineup are smash hitters Liam Gallagher, Gerry Cinnamon and Calvin Harris. TRNSMT brings a blend of pop, rap, electronic, and alternative acts to cater to diverse musical tastes.

In mid-July, British Summer Time Hyde Park offers multiple weekend festivals in one of London’s iconic royal parks. The standout headliner is set for 2024 - Robbie Williams. 

From punk and indie to hardcore and metal, August’s Reading and Leeds Festivals have it all. With six stages across two sites, the summer-ending bank holiday weekend will shake with sets from Kendrick Lamar, Paramore, Kasabian, and many more top artists in 2024. 

The festival fun doesn’t end there, with barnstorming events like All Points East, Isle of Wight, Parklife, Wireless and others welcoming A-list lineups in 2024.
